Your first session will be 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

Subsequent visits will be 45 minutes to one hour. 

I will instruct you how to perform a muscle test by applying a gentle pressure to certain muscles. 
This tests the response of the electrical circuit between the muscle and the central nervous system not the strength of the muscle itself.
