About Me

I graduated from Leeds University in 1996 after successfully completing degrees in Food Science and Nutrition and Dietetics. I then went on to work in the NHS for 4 years as a Dietician.

In 2000, I studied naturopathy with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and qualified as a classical Kinesiologist in 2002.

I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and the Kinesiology Federation (KF).

I am very passionate about helping individuals better their health through the use of diet, herbs, nutritional supplements, phytobiophysics formulas, bach flower and bush flower essences.

We live in such a toxic world now due to environmental pollution and nutrient deplete foods and unfortunately people do not realise the importance of regularly 'cleaning' and detoxifying their bodies.

My mission in life is to educate individuals and empower them to healthy lifestyle changes, not just for them but for their families too.
